Completed in December 2002, Luz 1 is situated in
Quesada, only ten minutes walk from the town centre. It is set within a
pedestrianised walkway which makes it particularly safe for children.
Excellent bars, restaurants, internet cafes, supermarkets and play
areas are only three minutes walk away. You have the perfect holiday on
your doostep!
This is a modern property with a large shared swimming
pool, paddling pool, and private sunbeds. It has a large lounge two
large bed settees, coffee table, dresser and English television. The
lounge has hot and cold aircon-ideal for winter or summer! It leads out
on to a suuny terrace and a further garden area. Both are ideal for
relaxing with a glass of wine, sun bathing or simply chatting and
passing the time away.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge
freezer, dish washer
microwave and coffee maker. The kitchen overlooks the tomato
plantation at the back of the house and leads on to a large
terrace-perfect for barbecues. The terrace has stunning views of the
nearby salt lakes.
 The
large master bedroom has hot and cold air con, a
large balcony over looking gardens and extremely large wardrobes. It is
next to the bathroom.
The second bedroom is also large with twin beds and
wardrobes. It has portable aircon and ceiling fans. This room overlooks
the tomato plantation at the back of the house and is also next to the
bathroom.
The bathroom has a large corner bath, sink, toilet and
shower. For those wishing to take the house on a long let, there is a
further shower room in the basement.
If you would like a change of scene, a short car journey
of approximately fifteen minutes will take you to the beautiful sandy
beaches of Guardarmar and Torrevieja. Buses are also available.
The area
The
area around Luz 1 is typically Spanish, with
tomato plantations, orange groves, lemon groves and coastal Salt Lakes
all nearby providing
excellent views. There are top class golf courses in the area including
La Marquesa Golf. This is only five minutes away from Luz 1.
It is considered by the Spanish to have a particularly
healthy climate and is often visited by them.
